Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Compensation Research Specialist to support benchmarking, market pricing, job architecture, and internal equity for Connext's US client. The role involves analyzing salary data, evaluating roles, and maintaining salary structures while ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in compensation or total rewards, experience in a BPO environment, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in compensation or market pricing.
Experience in a BPO/outsourcing industry is preferred.
Experience analyzing compensation or market data and ensuring internal equity.

Responsibilities

Conduct compensation market research, salary benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
Evaluate job roles, responsibilities, and salary structures to ensure competitive pay.
Maintain job families, role levels, salary ranges, and compensation records.
Conduct internal equity reviews and recommend salary adjustments.
Provide compensation recommendations and guidance to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
Monitor compensation trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain confidential records.
