Connext is seeking a Senior Compensation Research Specialist to support compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and internal equity practices. The role analyzes market and internal data, evaluates roles and salary structures, and provides recommendations on offers, promotions, and salary adjustments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, salary benchmarking, or market pricing.
• Experience in a BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor and compensation regulations.
• Experience analyzing compensation or market data.
• Stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation market research and benchmarking for client and internal roles.
• Evaluate market data, salary ranges, and pricing information to establish competitive compensation recommendations.
• Analyze compensation based on role scope, complexity, required skills, market positioning, and internal equity.
• Maintain compensation benchmarks, salary structures, and market pricing data.
• Conduct internal equity reviews before recommending offers, promotions, salary adjustments, and retention proposals.
