Job summary

Lancesoft Philippines seeks a compensation specialist to support US-based clients with payroll, benefits, and incentive programs. You will act as SME for compensation and ensure accurate calculation, reporting, and timely payment of variable compensation.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, experience with HRIS and CompenSafe, and the ability to manage confidential information. Hybrid work setup in the Philippines with cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, business, or finance preferred.
• Experience supporting US-based compensation, payroll, benefits, or HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems for US clients.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, lookups, PivotTables).
• Experience with CompenSafe (nCino Incentive Compensation) is a MUST.
• SME for compensation-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage calculation, reporting, and timely payment of variable compensation plans (sales commissions, incentives, and loan operations bonuses).
• Process sales commissions using the company's incentive compensation platform.
• Configure, administer, and maintain compensation and incentive plans in internal systems.
• Support compensation projects, implementations, and process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve compensation administration processes and systems.
• Develop, review, and maintain job descriptions for roles and compensation structures.
• Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking using compensation surveys and external data.
• Research and recommend compensation levels, job grades, and titles for new and existing positions.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation and analysis reports for Finance, Accounting, and leadership.
• Provide guidance to managers on compensation policies, programs, and best practices.
• Coordinate documentation for compensation audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and compensation information.
• Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
