The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years as a Chef, including 4 years in an Executive Chef capacity, with extensive experience in high volume catering. The Executive Chef will ensure quality food services and culinary leadership while reporting to the Managing Director. This role offers a salary of 200k PHP and is for direct hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a Chef required.
• Minimum of 4 years as an Executive Chef required.
• Supervisory experience in a high volume food production environment required.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of meal preparation for multiple accounts.
• Manage all Chefs, Sous Chefs and Cooks at the unit.
• Promote quality food services.
