Job summary

Swissötel Clark is seeking a Chef De Cuisine to lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service within our hotel kitchens. You will provide operational support to the Director of Culinary and the Executive Sous Chef, uphold SWISSOTEL Clark policies, and strive for guest satisfaction while protecting hotel assets.

This role demands culinary excellence, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement in a premium hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Secondary / High School education.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
• Provide operational support to the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SWISSOTEL Clark policies and procedures.
