In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and the CEO's office, all while receiving direct mentorship from our Executive Admin Team Manager. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
  • Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for regularization based on performance)

  • Compensation: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 Monthly (Fixed) - We welcome applicants whose salary expectations align with this range.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (A mix of Onsite at our Ortigas Center office and Work-from-Home)

  • Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PHT

  • Holiday Observance: Follows the U.S. Stock Market Holiday Calendar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a trusted partner within the CEO Office, working closely with the Executive Admin Manager to manage complex calendars, oversee inboxes, allocate leadership time effectively, and drive daily administrative execution.

  • Act as a central liaison for the firm, managing professional internal and external communications and ensuring smooth coordination across departments, clients, investors, and vendors.

  • Track action items and deadlines across multiple teams to ensure accountability, while building and maintaining operating systems that increase efficiency across the executive function.

  • Manage complex, end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, and support the execution of leadership meetings, offsites, conferences, and company events.

  • Prepare well-researched reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting agendas to support leadership in informed decision-making.

  • Anticipate needs before they arise, handle confidential information with absolute integrity, and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to work a schedule aligned with U.S. Stock Market holidays.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

  • Capable of performing clerical and administrative duties, including memo‑taking, file management, and handling confidential information.

  • Prior administrative or secretarial experience is an advantage, but not required.
