The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that the executive team operates efficiently and effectively. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, or any related course
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in the same field
- Willing to work in Bagumbayan, Taguig
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items for accountability.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and professional representation of the executives.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and special projects, providing valuable insights for informed decision‑making.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling executive communications and affairs.
