Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team by performing a variety of tasks including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and facilitating communication across departments. This role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as requested.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences (venue booking, catering, AV setup).
- Monitor and prioritize emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive(s).
- Track deadlines and follow up on key action items.
- Perform general office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
- Assist in personal errands and tasks as delegated (if applicable).
- Support special projects and company initiatives as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management, creative problem-solving, excellent communication, and leadership development.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with a focus on teamwork.
