Duties
- Highly developed skills in efficient correspondence and diary management support (via Microsoft Office suite) to Partner(s).
- Proactive review of the Partner(s)/Director(s) diary, managing clashes and liaising with stakeholders to move commitments (where applicable). Work with other EAs/EATLs/SLs to resolve calendar conflicts and issues.
- Thorough understanding of key stakeholder priorities and ability to translate that to diary management. Arrange all facets of meeting requirements and where appropriate, attend meetings to take minutes.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including the completion of administrative tasks pertaining to overseas travel and travel expenses.
- Assist with event arrangements and management as needed.
Operational Management and Reporting
- Work with designated Partner(s)/Director(s) to ensure timesheets, expense claims and time/expense transfers are completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct administrative processing of WIP/CRM reports as part of financial management reporting.
- Assist colleagues during periods of absence.
People
- Meet firm timelines during the performance management cycles for self, inclusive of goal setting, engagement reviews, quarterly check‑ins, and open review.
- Provide recruitment administrative support.
- Assist with onboarding and exiting employees including processing resignations, collecting returned assets as necessary and reconciling People Movements Report.
- Assist with People Direct queries, CECs, etc.
- Network and build relationships across the firm and act in line with independence requirements always both personally and from a firm perspective.
Qualification
- At least 12 months of experience as an executive assistant.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
