Qualifications

• Procedural discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
• Follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and DOLE/company calculation logic precisely.
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities: XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, dynamic arrays.
• Power Query and Pivot Tables for data cleaning and ingestion.
• PH local payroll experience: 2+ years.
• Knowledge of BIR tax rules (Form 1601-C), SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG, and DOLE standards.

Responsibilities

• High-volume data processing and input in Excel.
• End-to-end bi-monthly salary calculations with strict accuracy.
• Calculate and review SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
• Apply BIR tax tables and DOLE premium rates.
• Build validation checks and error flags in Excel.
• Pre-payroll and post-payroll self-audits before submission.
• Optimize and standardize Excel templates and workflows.
