Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience in HRIS, payroll processing and government-mandated benefits administration.
• Experience handling 150–300 employees.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll computation, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Familiar with DOLE compliance and payroll audits.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll.
• Compute daily wages, overtime, holiday pay, and night differential.
• Prepare and process statutory contributions: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Compute and file withholding taxes with BIR.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits.
• Validate and consolidate DTRs from multiple project sites.
• Administer payroll taxes, social insurance, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
