Job summary

CHAMP Cargosystems in Manila seeks a Payroll & Financial Data Analyst for a 6-month, hybrid role. You will handle high-volume data processing in Excel, bi-monthly payroll calculations, and statutory contributions for the Philippines.

The position emphasizes strict SOP adherence and data privacy compliance. Candidates should have 2+ years in Philippine payroll, advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIFS), and experience with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG rules.

Qualifications

• Advanced mastery of Excel formulas and functions (XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, nested IFs, SUMIFS)
• Proficiency in Power Query and Pivot Tables for data cleaning, merging, and ingestion
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to follow SOPs and DOLE/company calculation logic precisely
• Experience with Philippine payroll calculations and tax rules is preferred
• Knowledge of DOLE labor standards and data privacy compliance

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Data Processing & Input in Excel for timecard and leave data
• End-to-end bi-monthly salary calculations with strict accuracy
• Calculate statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and BIR tax withholdings
• Apply DOLE Premium Rates and multipliers and perform pre/post payroll audits
• Standardize and optimize Excel templates using XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and dynamic arrays
