The role requires 2–3 years in payroll/timekeeping, proficiency with SAP and MS Excel, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced setting. Based in Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BSBA or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of payroll and timekeeping experience in a shared service or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software such as SAP and strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
• Identify areas needing process improvement, documentation, backup, or additional support.
• Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records.
• Manage payment calendars for the calendar year.
• Assist with integrity issues within data systems and improve information tools.
• Process remittance payments for the operating company.
• Monitor statutory updates related to payroll regulations (tax, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Monitor SLA and KPI for payroll team performance.
• Provide backup support to Payroll Team and Team Lead.
• Support year-end payroll processing activities.
• Foster collaboration across payroll and cross-functional departments.
• Create custom reports and analyze large datasets for mandatory and ad hoc reporting.
