The Mansion Boutique Hotel Clark seeks an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of corporate, social, and wedding events from inquiry to completion. You will partner with Sales, Front Office, Kitchen, and other departments to deliver exceptional service and maximize revenue.

The Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing corporate, social, and special events while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and achieving revenue targets. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients from the initial inquiry through post-event evaluation, working closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution and outstanding service delivery.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of corporate, social, wedding, and special events from inquiry to completion.
Meet with clients to understand event requirements, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and other event documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth event operations.
Conduct site inspections and venue tours for prospective clients.
Manage event budgets and ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with external suppliers, decorators, entertainers, audiovisual providers, and other event vendors.
Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure all client requirements are met.
Resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally during events.
Monitor event timelines and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Identify opportunities to increase event revenue through upselling and cross-selling of hotel services.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to develop innovative event packages and promotions.
Prepare event reports, revenue forecasts, and post-event evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, banquet operations, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in hotels, resorts, or event venues is highly preferred.
