Virtual Champs Global is seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to drive merchant adoption of our payment solutions. The role involves calling prospective customers, qualifying interest, and guiding non-technical users through app setup and verification.

You will manage follow-ups via SMS, WhatsApp, and email, track registrations in our CRM, and escalate issues to the core team as needed. This is a dynamic startup environment requiring strong organization and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in outbound sales, business development, onboarding, or combined sales-support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English with engaging phone presence and clear tone.
• Ability to address objections, explain value propositions, and guide non-technical users through app setup.
• Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and messaging channels.

Responsibilities

• Outbound outreach to prospective customers to introduce payment solutions.
• Qualify interest, handle objections, and answer product/pricing questions.
• Follow up via SMS, WhatsApp, and email to progress warm leads.
• Onboard merchants through application and verification processes.
• Track account requests and registrations in internal platforms/CRM.
• Record all interactions and deal stages in CRM.
• Escalate issues to core support and monitor resolution.
• Deliver daily/weekly reports on call metrics and feedback.
