Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Call-Out Coordinator to manage plumbing/electrical service requests, coordinate engineer scheduling, and ensure clear communication with clients and contractors.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga. You'll support maintenance teams and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or coordination is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional telephone manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data-recording in systems.

Responsibilities

• Log and update plumbing/electrical call-outs from clients, tenants and internal teams.
• Assess urgency of requests and schedule engineers accordingly.
• Provide updates to clients and engineers on job changes, delays, and access details.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and completed jobs in the management system.
