Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Call-Out Coordinator to manage plumbing service requests, schedule engineers, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

This onsite role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to prioritise urgent issues. You'll maintain records, support the maintenance team, and help streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and update plumbing and electrical call-outs; assess urgency; provide updates to engineers.
• Act as the first point of contact for call-out queries; inform clients of status and delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all work orders and ensure compliance documents are up to date.

Quick Rundown:

The Call-Out Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming plumbing-related service requests, scheduling engineers, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise urgent issues effectively.

What You'll Do:

Call Management & Scheduling

• Receive, log, and update plumbing and electrical call-outs from clients, tenants, and internal teams.
• Assess the urgency of each request.
• Provide updates to engineers on job changes, emergency call-outs, and access details.

Customer & Contractor Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for all plumbing and electrical call-out queries.
• Keep clients informed regarding job statuses, appointment times, and any delays.
• Liaise with the engineer to update them on jobs and document reports.

Administration & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of all work orders, call-outs, and completed jobs in the company's management system.
• Ensure all compliance documents are up to date.

Operational Support

• Assist the maintenance team with general administrative tasks.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline call-out processes.
