Job summary

Clark Outsourcing in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Call-Out Coordinator to manage incoming service requests, schedule engineers, and ensure clear communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams. This onsite role requires strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to prioritize urgent issues.

Work hours are 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT. You'll maintain records in the management system, support maintenance teams, and look for process

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or similar coordination role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call Management & Scheduling: log and update call-outs, assess urgency, provide updates to engineers.
• Customer & Contractor Communication: act as first point of contact and keep clients informed.
• Administration & Record Keeping: maintain records in management system and ensure compliance documents are up to date.
• Operational Support: assist maintenance team with admin tasks and process improvements.
