Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an EV Rescue Technician to join a pilot roadside assistance project. You will be the first responder for stranded electric 2-wheeler riders, performing rapid battery swaps, basic diagnostics, and on-road fixes to get customers back on the road.

You will handle battery logistics, inventory management, and logging of every mission via the company app. A valid motorcycle license and comfort with heavy batteries are required, with a focus on safety and customer

Qualifications

Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record.
Basic understanding of EV powertrains and battery management systems (BMS).
Ability to lift and maneuver batteries up to 15 kg.
Strong problem-solving skills for on-road fixes.
Proficient with GPS navigation and dispatch apps.

Responsibilities

Rapidly respond to stranded riders and reach them within SLAs.
Swap discharged batteries with fully charged units (up to 4 spares per trip).
Perform basic field diagnostics to identify battery vs. mechanical/software issues.
Manage inventory and ensure batteries and rescue motorcycle are ready for deployment.
Provide calm, professional customer support during high-stress roadside incidents.
Log every rescue mission and diagnostics in the mobile app.
