We are looking for a detail‑oriented technician who specializes in battery systems and electrical components of electric bicycles. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable performance of e‑bikes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs (brakes, gears, tires, suspension)
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (motors, controllers, wiring, sensors)
• Handle battery installation, diagnostics, replacement, and safe disposal
• Conduct battery health checks and troubleshoot charging issues
• Maintain service records and ensure safety compliance
• Provide customer guidance on proper e‑bike use and battery care
• Stay updated on new e‑bike technologies and battery best practices
