Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in automotive technical service, aftersales, vehicle diagnostics, or a related technical role.
Experience with electric vehicles is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle diagnostics.
Willingness to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic reports.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for EV service operations, including vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving EV powertrain systems, high-voltage batteries, BMS, charging systems, motors, controllers, and electronics.
Assist service centers, technicians, and authorized service partners in resolving complex technical concerns.
Conduct technical inspections and provide recommendations for repair or replacement procedures.
Support warranty assessment and technical evaluation of vehicle repair and replacement claims.
Coordinate with manufacturers, technical teams, service centers, and other departments to resolve issues and escalated cases.
Assist in investigating recurring technical issues and identify root causes and corrective actions.
Provide guidance on EV maintenance procedures, repair standards, diagnostic processes, and safety requirements.
Support the implementation of service bulletins, recalls, campaigns, and preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor vehicle and service performance, repair turnaround time, and warranty concerns; document findings.
Prepare technical reports, diagnostic findings, service documentation, and case summaries.
Train service technicians and aftersales personnel on EV systems and safety procedures.
Ensure safe handling of high-voltage systems and components.
Maintain accurate records of technical cases, repairs, and warranty concerns.
Stay updated on EV tech and industry developments.
