Job summary

XPeng Philippines is seeking a senior professional to lead offline retail network development. You will identify qualified dealer groups, conduct site feasibility, negotiate terms, and sign dealership contracts while ensuring XPeng brand standards across all stores and mall locations.

You will support showroom renovations, monitor dealer performance, enforce retail policies, prevent channel conflicts and drive retail sales growth, with field visits nationwide from Manila and close collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• 3+ years automotive offline dealer/retail network development experience in the Philippines.
• Existing connections with local auto dealer groups, mall management and retail property owners.
• Fluent English; Tagalog preferred.
• Proven track record in site selection, negotiation, contract management and new store launches.
• Experience in new energy vehicle industry preferred.
• Based in Manila; willingness to travel nationwide for site inspection and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop offline network expansion strategy for the Philippines market.
• Identify potential dealer groups, mall landlords and retail sites; conduct competitor retail network benchmarking.
• Full-cycle dealer recruitment: prospecting, background verification, commercial term negotiation, dealership agreement finalization and partner onboarding.
• Lead retail site selection, site evaluation, rent negotiation; coordinate showroom fit-out and pre-opening preparation.
• Set dealer KPIs on sales, customer experience and after-sales; conduct field visits and coaching.
• Implement brand, pricing and retail SOP policies; prevent channel conflicts and maintain XPeng customer experience across offline stores.
• Collect local market and competitor intelligence; prepare network expansion reports and present recommendations to regional leadership.
• Ensure all dealer-related operations comply with Philippine commercial and labour regulations.
