Job summary

AboitizPower in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Business Development Specialist to drive space partnerships for ACharge's EV charging stations and secure advertisers for AMedia's assets. This hybrid, high-impact individual contributor role handles end-to-end partner and advertiser pipelines across Visayas and Mindanao.

You will identify host sites, negotiate leases, build a prospective advertiser pipeline, present customized packages, and coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field.
• 3–4 years in B2B sales, business development, property leasing, or outdoor advertising (OOH).
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close commercial deals while managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• ACharge Space Partner Acquisition: identify, evaluate, and acquire host sites for EV charging stations and negotiate leases.
• AMedia Advertiser Acquisition: build and manage a prospective advertiser and media agency pipeline with customized packages.
• Cross-Functional & Pipeline Tracking: coordinate with technical teams to validate site feasibility and maintain CRM pipeline records.
