Job summary

VTSA International Inc. in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Sales and Marketing Manager for Power Solution (EV Charging) to lead the division's growth. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and fostering strong client relationships across industries.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end sales, develop marketing campaigns, and guide a team to achieve targets while staying updated on EV technologies and regulatory incentives in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in energy/EV charging.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of EV charging systems or power solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to do field work and travel; driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for EV charging solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, developers.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness of EV solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners for product launches and campaigns.
