Job summary

AboitizPower, operating through APDU, is seeking a hybrid Business Development Specialist to drive two revenue streams: securing space for ACharge EV charging stations and signing on advertisers for AMedia.

In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end partner and advertiser pipelines across Visayas and Mindanao, collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams, and travel as needed. This role rewards initiative and relationship-building in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, property leasing, or outdoor advertising (OOH).
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close commercial deals while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic financial or deal modeling.
• Willing to travel across Visayas and Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• ACharge Space Partner Acquisition: drive identification, evaluation and acquisition of host sites for EV stations, negotiating lease terms with owners.
• AMedia Advertiser Acquisition: build and manage advertiser pipeline, designing customized advertising packages.
• Cross-Functional & Pipeline Tracking: coordinate with technical, legal and finance teams, maintain CRM pipeline records and ensure compliance.
