Job summary

BYD Philippines seeks a capable professional to lead site selection, feasibility studies, and planning for EV charging stations. You will conduct market research, on‑site surveys, cost analyses, and investment reporting to support corporate targets.

You will manage the full project lifecycle from demand to handover, coordinate engineering, maintenance and finance teams, and drive improvements in station performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in site research, investment calculation and project analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills and cross‑departmental coordination.
• Ability to prepare calculation sheets and project reports independently.
• Familiar with contract drafting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project workflow from demand submission to handover and launch.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve on‑site, schedule and coordination issues.
• Control timeline, cost and construction quality to ensure on‑time completion.
• Lead pre‑launch preparations and track station performance post‑launch.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Admin./Engineering/Marketing/Economics/Mechatronics or related fields
