Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Ancillary Services Manager in Cebu City to lead pricing, financial modeling, and deal structuring for AMedia and ACharge. You will guide commercial strategy, oversee a team of BDS, and ensure profitable, scalable partnerships across APDU.

The role requires 6–10 years in business development or corporate finance, strong Excel modeling skills, and willingness to travel across VisMin and Metro Manila. MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• At least 6–10 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, corporate finance, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Mastery of financial modeling (DCF, NPV, ROI, and sensitivity analysis) in Excel, contract negotiation, and strategic pricing.
• Professional Driver's License and willingness to travel across VisMin and Metro Manila corridors.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Modeling: Build and maintain advanced financial models, capex/opex forecasts, and budgets to guide commercial viability, pricing scenarios, and regional expansion.
• Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring: Establish pricing frameworks for ACharge partnerships and AMedia ad packages, while reviewing, negotiating, and approving high-value contracts.
• Team Leadership & Pipeline Oversight: Manage, coach, and set performance targets for the Business Development Specialist(s), stepping in to unblock stalled negotiations.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Represent both ventures in ExCom meetings and align workflows across internal utility and corporate teams.
