Job summary

A leading automotive company seeks an experienced Aftersales Manager with a focus on Electric Vehicles (EVs) to spearhead post-sales operations. This role includes managing insurance claims, parts procurement, and ensuring top-tier customer support. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year in the automotive industry, strong technical knowledge of EVs, and excellent negotiation skills. The position is full-time based in Parañaque, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Understanding of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles technology and battery systems is highly required.
• Proven experience in handling automotive insurance claims and procurement of spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and processing of vehicle insurance claims.
• Manage the sourcing and purchasing of high-quality automotive parts.
• Provide expert guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs focused on EVs.
• Develop and implement aftersales programs to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Oversee service technicians and administrative staff.
