Job summary

You will respond to inquiries about EV products, services, maintenance, charging, and warranties; coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Technical and Warranty teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in customer service, automotive, dealership, or related area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist EV customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries about EV products, services, maintenance, charging, warranties, and after-sales support.
• Handle concerns, complaints, and requests with timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Technical, and Warranty teams to meet customer needs.
• Follow up after vehicle purchase, servicing, or other interactions.
• Monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Explain EV features and charging procedures to customers.
• Assist with service appointments, vehicle concerns, and warranty inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Escalate technical or safety-related issues to technicians or appropriate departments.
• Keep customers informed about progress and status of their requests.
• Support customer retention and loyalty programs and promote a positive company image.
