Job summary

VinFast Quezon Ave-Aftersales Department is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to welcome EV customers and address inquiries related to products, services, maintenance, charging, warranties, and after-sales support.

You will coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Technical, and Warranty teams to ensure timely resolution and follow-up. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, documentation, and accurate record-keeping in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1–3 years in customer service or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist EV customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding EV products, services, maintenance, charging, warranties, and after-sales support
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Technical, and Warranty teams to address customer needs
• Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase, servicing, repairs, or other interactions
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the experience
• Explain basic EV features and charging procedures to customers
• Assist customers with service appointments and warranty inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare reports
• Escalate technical or safety-related EV issues to technicians or departments
• Keep customers informed about progress of requests
• Support customer retention and loyalty programs
• Promote a positive company image and professional relationships
• Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements
