Job summary

ECI is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide end-user desktop support for Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 across multiple locations. You will triage incidents, perform basic server tasks, and work closely with an energetic team to deliver world-class IT support.

This onsite role reports to the ECI BGC, Taguig office with rotating UK/EMEA hours. You should have 2+ years in end-user support, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Azure, AD, Intune, and Office 365 administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of end-user support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure/AD, Intune and SharePoint/Exchange online.
• Basic PowerShell and familiarity with ITIL concepts is a plus.
• Strong customer-facing communication and issue-triage skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 desktop support for Windows, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Triage and resolve incidents; assist with password resets and AD management.
• Support remote/mobile users; coordinate with vendors for warranties.
• Monitor and manage tickets in ServiceNow/Jira/ConnectWise; ensure SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT teams on deployments, patching, and small project work.
