Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Estimator with at least 1 year of experience in estimation or a related role in the construction sector. The role requires familiarity with Glass and Aluminium and/or take-off knowledge, strong IT skills (Office 365), and proficiency with Causeway Estimating or similar tools.

Collaboration and meeting tight deadlines are essential. The successful candidate will assist in tender preparation, data input, and coordinating with subcontractors/suppliers,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in estimation or a related role.
• Candidate with Glass and Aluminium experience, AND OR candidates with construction take off knowledge.
• Excellent IT skills (Office 365 tools)
• Excellent Causeway Estimating Skills (or similar transferable skills)
• Take Off abilities including use of software packages.
• Performs well in a team environment.
• Understanding of construction industry terminology and delivery methods.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise
• Able to work to strict deadline

Responsibilities

• Processing and interpreting enquiries from our clients and contributing to tender strategy
• Support Senior Estimators inputting data into our costing template to allow tender quotations to be issued.
• Support Senior Estimators in compiling, issuing and assessing sub-contractor and material enquiries
• Contribute to updating libraries in Causeway Estimating Package as required
• Assisting Senior Estimator in addressing outcomes of tender reviews prior to submission.
• Assist Senior Estimator in producing a tender pack for handover to Operations
