Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking an Estimator based in Metro Manila to prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive pricing for a range of projects. You will collaborate with Estimating and Construction teams to develop efficient pricing models and submit tenders within project timelines.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in construction estimating, and the ability to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. A focus on cost-saving and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating or similar field.
• Estimating for Commercial Fit-Out or Shopfitting preferred.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and specs.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and competitive pricing for all projects.
• Accurately interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Prepare and submit tenders and cost estimates within timelines.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track budget/tender progress and communicate to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external trades for pricing and clarifications.
• Identify cost-saving measures with project teams.
• Document lessons learned and maintain records of analyses.
