Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator to support window screening projects. The role involves producing accurate material and labour take-offs, preparing structured cost estimates, and supporting the wider team with essential administrative tasks.

Strong communication with customers is essential for sales-aligned estimates. The ideal candidate will read drawings, use Excel for take-offs, and collaborate closely with sales and operations to meet project timelines and

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and produce accurate take-offs.
Strong communication skills with a customer-friendly, sales-aware approach.
Competent with Microsoft Excel and general administrative processes.
High attention to detail and a methodical, organised working style.
Strong English speaking ability.

Responsibilities

Produce accurate material and labour take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site information.
Prepare clear quotations and assist with pricing for projects.
Communicate professionally with contractors, architects, and clients to clarify requirements and support sales.
Carry out administrative duties including order processing, scheduling, and office support.
Work with sales and operations to ensure estimates align with timelines and product capabilities.
Provide EA support to management.
