Job summary

optiBPO is hiring an Estimating Support Representative based in Angeles, Pampanga. The role combines technical quoting with inbox management, requiring you to read site plans, determine access requirements, and build accurate quotes for modular systems.

You will own the inbox, drive follow-ups, and keep HubSpot up to date while coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has experience in technical estimating or construction support, is proficient with HubSpot CRM and NetSuite, and is

Qualifications

Strong written English communication skills.
Prior experience in a technical estimating, quoting, or construction support role.
Experience using a configurator, quoting tool, or estimating software (full training on our specific system provided).

Responsibilities

Perform quantity takeoffs from site plans and project docs to determine access and platform requirements.
Use the SafeSmart Access configurator to build detailed quotes for AdaptaStep and Z-Stack.
Interpret project scope and site conditions to configure product configurations (height, deck size, load ratings).
Coordinate with estimating and sales teams to ensure quotes are accurate before sending.
Monitor and manage the group email inbox daily and follow up on inquiries and quotes.
Update HubSpot with deal information after interactions and track progress.
