Job summary

Guerilla in Mabalacat, Philippines, is seeking a capable Sales Support/Estimating Assistant to strengthen our sales team. The role focuses on processing orders, basic pricing tasks, and maintaining CRM records while supporting lead generation and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities include improving estimating processes in the ERP, preparing quantity take-offs and basic estimates, and ensuring accurate customer data in Pipedrive. The position is on-site, weekday mornings to afternoons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support or sales administration, preferably in construction, engineering, or steel fabrication.
• Practical experience preparing quantity take-offs, basic estimates, or project pricing.
• Knowledge of estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam Revu, CostX, Cubit Estimating, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for costing, calculations, and take-offs.
• Hands-on experience using Pipedrive or a similar CRM to manage leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Improve estimating processes and progress toward full project costing and estimates in the ERP system.
• Support the Sales Team with quantity take-offs, basic estimates, pricing, and sales documentation.
• Maintain and update the CRM (Pipedrive), keeping customer and lead information accurate and current.
• Manage the sales email inbox by monitoring, answering routine requests, and routing enquiries.
• Support lead generation and initial vetting before qualified prospects enter the CRM.
• Provide timely customer support and positive experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain and manage the leads database, ensuring records, contact details, lead status, and follow-up information are properly maintained.
• Assist the Sales Team with follow-ups, sales administration, reporting, and other activities that support the overall sales process.
• Perform other sales, estimating, and administrative duties as reasonably required by the company.
