Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Assistant Estimator based in Angeles, Philippines. The role supports the Estimator in preparing accurate quotes for industrial door projects and manages the sales lead pipeline from enquiry to quotation.

Candidates should handle site information gathering, cost estimates, and maintain CRM data with supervision from the Estimator. This is an assistant-level position; all estimates are reviewed and approved by the Estimator before issuing to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and estimating software an advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up sales leads for industrial door, stripdoor and accessories.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates from tender docs for review.
• Gather supplier quotes and cost data to support pricing.
• Prepare and format quotes and proposals for issue.
• Maintain records of estimates, leads, quotes and correspondence.
• Provide weekly reporting on leads, quotes and conversion status.
