Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team from Eastwood, Quezon City. This onsite, day-shift role involves preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and following up on opportunities to help grow the sales pipeline.

You will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure timely communication and accurate documentation while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in estimating, internal sales, sales administration, customer service, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues, following up on tasks, and pursuing sales opportunities.
