Responsibilities

• Review architectural floor plans and identify windows and measurements.
• Extract window measurements from floor plans accurately.
• Enter measurements and project data into Excel-based estimating spreadsheets.
• Use pricing information to prepare estimates and create proposals.
• Submit bids and estimates using client forms and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with the internal team to validate measurements and pricing.
• Gradually take ownership of estimating processes as knowledge grows.
• Assist with scheduling installations and coordinating project timelines.
• Communicate installation dates and production updates to customers.
• Keep project records organized and identify process improvements.
• Assist with general business administration during quieter periods.
