Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Estimator in the Philippines to prepare estimates from concept to detail, attend pre-bid site meetings, and support project management for operations. You will take-off quantities, manage RFIs/RFQs, and help drive accurate schedules and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in residential estimating, strong plan-reading skills, and a broad construction/engineering background with waterproofing experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of residential estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret floor and construction plans.
• Experience in construction, engineering, and waterproofing.
• Broad experience across trades and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from conceptual to detailed stages.
• Attend pre-bid site meetings and RFIs/RFQs.
