You will uncover operational pain points, present Odoo ERP and related solutions, and drive measurable improvements while earning uncapped commissions in a supportive team. Ideal candidates have background in B2B software sales, a consultative approach, strong pipeline management, and the ability to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRIS, or cloud sales/account management.
• Consultative sales approach and ability to present to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong pipeline management and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities via outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Engage owners and decision-makers to uncover operational pain points.
• Present Odoo ERP and related solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through the sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and compelling sales presentations.
• Manage pipeline in CRM and move opportunities to close.
• Negotiate and close deals and collaborate with technical teams for smooth handoff.
