Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an ERP Support Engineer to deliver frontline technical support and maintain relationships for users of internal ERP systems. You will troubleshoot, manage technical friction, and identify usage patterns to maximize value from the technology stack.

You will handle maintenance for ERP applications, diagnose root causes, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and prevent escalations. The role blends technical learning with customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant degrees.
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply, provided they meet the minimum threshold across all six behavioral competencies.
• Certification or training in standard quality management systems or customer success frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and production support for ERP applications and resolve customer concerns.
• Diagnose the root cause of reported bugs and trace code or system configurations to construct resolution plans aligned with customer goals.
• Handle difficult conversations with level-headedness and de-escalate conflict during high-stakes customer interactions.
• Actively seek out patterns in data to identify risks before they lead to customer churn or escalated issues.
• Manage time efficiently, stay organized, and follow through on customer milestones and deadlines even when internal roadblocks emerge.
• Continuously learn and adapt decision-making models based on evolving enterprise software and business technology realities.
