Job summary

Steadfast Group Limited in Taguig, Philippines, is expanding its Finance and Technologies teams. The Business Systems Analyst will support, administer, and optimize ERP and finance platforms, liaising between business stakeholders and IT to drive improvements and ensure system integrity.

The role emphasizes incident management, system upgrades, data security, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver finance system enhancements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business or STEM.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator.
• Experience with Netsuite and ERP systems; CRM exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and ITIL-based governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ERP and associated finance systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, managing incidents and service requests in line with ITIL practices.
• Partner with Finance and other business units to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy system changes, enhancements, and integrations.
• Support month-end, year-end, and other critical finance processes from a systems perspective.
• Maintain system documentation, including processes, configurations, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementation projects.
• Assist with integration and data flow between ERP, CRM and other business systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
• Support user training and adoption of systems and new functionality.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners when required (Business Systems Manager, Architecture Team, Cybersecurity Team, Infrastructure Team, Finance team (Financial Control, AP/AR, FP&A), IT Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, Business unit stakeholders, External vendors & system partners and, Project managers and delivery teams).
