Job summary

UPTC in the Philippines seeks a senior Business Analyst to bridge business units, ERP implementation partners, and IT during migration from SAP ECC6 to cloud ERP platforms (SAP Grow, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft D365).

You will map AS-IS and TO-BE processes in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management; drive workshop outcomes, validate configurations, embed regulatory requirements, and support data migration mapping and fit-gap analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst with Testing experience (Non-negotiable).
• Procurement experience (Non-negotiable).
• Experience in ERP projects such as SAP Replacement or other ERP upgrades (Non-negotiable).
• Tenured IT/Technical professional (Non-negotiable).
• Experience in business process optimization projects, dashboards, analytics and performance reporting (Non-negotiable).
• Experience with Ariba (Non-negotiable).
• Experience with SAP Procurement, D365, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Grow (Non-negotiable).
• Experience in banking operations, finance, procurement and HR (Non-negotiable).
• Process modelling/documentation (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) (Non-negotiable).
• Ability to challenge legacy processes constructively (Non-negotiable).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills (Non-negotiable).
• Understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance (Non-negotiable).
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities (Non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business units, ERP implementation partners, and IT during migration.
• Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping for Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset Management, etc.
• Identify and recommend elimination of redundant steps and manual workarounds.
• Work with ERP vendors to validate configurations against business needs.
• Facilitate workshops, drive consensus, and secure sign-off on designs.
• Embed regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, BIR) into process changes.
• Support data migration mapping, validation, and fit-gap analysis.
