Job summary

- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes in high-volume environments.
- Translate business challenges into clear system, data, reporting, and workflow requirements.
- Experience with enterprise platforms focusing on workflow, reporting, and data quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into system, data, reporting, and workflow requirements across core platforms.
- Lead Finance Operations reporting and data requirements, including metric definitions and data quality expectations.
- Serve as liaison between Finance Operations and supporting systems teams on systems, reporting, workflows and data.
- Improve data readiness by strengthening definitions, traceability, controls and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled use cases in finance processes.
- Support governance frameworks to improve efficiency, controls, data quality and user experience.
- Document changes with testing, training, and change enablement.
- Present operational insights to inform decisions on process efficiency and data quality.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, testable, and address real business challenges.
