A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process analysis and ERP system design across functional areas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Manage ERP-related initiatives including timelines and stakeholder communication.

Skills

Strong expertise in ERP platforms (Oracle, Manhattan etc)

Proficiency in process mapping and optimization using tools like Visio or Lucidchart

Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and business process flow documentation

Experienced in end-to-end project management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills
