goFLUENT Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Accounting Manager in day-to-day operations, drive accuracy and compliance, and lead a small team in a fast-growing, global environment. This role blends hands-on accounting work with leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in reporting and internal controls. Onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong background in accounting operations, reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve journal entries, invoices, disbursements, payroll, and expense reimbursements.
• Monitor workload distribution, review outputs, and provide feedback and direction to improve performance.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting policies and standards.
• Supervise reconciliations, including intercompany accounts, and ensure discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparation and follow-up.
