Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to optimize Oracle ERP Financials across GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate across business users, technical teams, and external providers.

The role emphasizes delivering specifications, data models, and system documentation while supporting UAT, QA, and release activities within a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, ideally within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, with exposure to OCI, BI Publisher, SOACS, and Datamart highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, data modeling, system integrations, and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC, ERP architecture, cloud applications, UAT, and QA processes.
• Experience working with third-party managed services providers.
• Familiarity with process and architecture modeling tools such as BPMN, Microsoft Visio, or System Architect.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, system requirements, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design functional and technical solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.
• Support Oracle ERP Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications, process flows, data models, integration flows, and architecture documentation.
• Configure and support ERP functionality, reporting, queries, data extraction, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and third-party managed service providers on production support and system enhancements.
• Support UAT, QA, SDLC, change requests, and release activities.
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying gaps, risks, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform data analysis and support the development of reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-transfer activities.
