Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related computer course
- Knowledge of software development, system integration, and business process management
- Experience in managing and supporting business applications such as ERP, POS, CRM, Payroll, and web-based systems is an advantage
- Proficient in database management, system maintenance, backup procedures, and user access administration
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring system reliability and security
- Willing to provide technical support, conduct user training, and continuously learn new technologies and business solutions
