Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to manage daily replenishment, RFQs, and supplier relations for its premier Australian manufacturing operations in Manila.

You will coordinate with ERP systems and support BOM accuracy to ensure timely deliveries to production teams. Based in Metro Manila, this onsite role requires 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, with familiarity in ECi M1 and Dynamics 365 BC.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP tools (ECi M1 or similar).
• Experience with ERP migrations (Dynamics 365 BC preferred).
• Ability to read BoMs, parts lists, and engineering descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inventory Replenishment: monitor and action daily reorder sheets to keep production consumables stocked.
• Strategic Sourcing & RFQs: develop technical specs, request quotes, and analyze suppliers for bulk or non-standard orders.
• Procurement Strategy Support: assist supply chain leaders in strategic sourcing projects and operational procurement support.
• End-to-End Order Management: process, track, and manage purchase orders through the ERP system from request to delivery.
• ERP System Migration: support inventory data cleansing, vendor data validation, and testing for upcoming Dynamics 365 Business Central launch.
• Supplier Relationship Management: strengthen ties with current vendors, onboard new suppliers, and manage lead times.
• Commercial Negotiations: negotiate pricing, freight rates, and volume discounts across local and international suppliers.
• Production Line Alignment: coordinate with Australian workshop team and track vendor timelines to sync with production.
• Dispute Resolution: resolve delivery discrepancies, handle damaged goods claims, and reconcile invoices with finance.
• Sales Order Support: source parts quickly for customer requisitions passed from external sales.
